Your photos are personal.

Postal uses the photo, message, and recipient address you provide to create your postcard. Drafts made before sign-in are stored in this browser. After sign-in, your drafts, photos, recipients, and postcard history are saved in your account.

Who helps make your postcard

Google handles sign-in. Railway hosts the application, database, and private image storage. If you choose Reimagine, your photo is sent to OpenAI to create the artwork. When you send a card, Lob receives the print files and recipient address to print and mail it. Stripe handles paid checkout; Postal does not receive your full card number.

Referral links

The QR on a postcard opens a referral link. We count visits and associate a signup with that referral. The public link does not show the original photo, message, or address. Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember referral attribution for up to 30 days.

During the preview

The service is being prepared for launch. Account data and uploaded photos are kept until you request removal or a retention policy is introduced. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact ncteisen@gmail.com. Records needed to resolve an existing payment or mailed postcard may need to be retained.
